In March of 1947, we, the people of The Andromd Empire (a faction in the neighboring galaxy Andromeda), entered into an agreement with the United States of America, on planet Earth; this agreement was to provide a safe haven for a soon to be born child of our ruling family.

In return for allowing the exchange of our child for a still born child within the US, and the assurance that no unavoidable harm should come to him we provided the following

• Two (2) high energy weapons capable of defending a planetary hemisphere from any airborne threat. [It is considered too sophisticated for Humans to reverse engineer]
• Basic semiconductor technology.
• Basic improvements to other technologies.

All of the offerings were in-line with all inter-galactic agreements held by the Empire.
